We mainly sell the maintenance free versions which have a PTFE fabric liner bonded to the race (outer ring) of the bearing.
Below you will find the overview of these maintenance free rod ends and spherical bearings.
There are 3 different qualities of FLURO rod ends and spherical bearings:
The differences are in the material and finish of the race, ball and body.
Rod ends suitable for industrial use and basic motorsport linkages.
Combination of alloy steel and low carbon steel components.
Maintenance free with PTFE liner.
Rod ends suitable for demanding industrial and basic motorsport use.
Alloy steel components.
Maintenance free with PTFE liner.
Spherical bearings & rod ends suitable for demanding motorsport applications: suspension, steering, …
Combination of alloy steel and stainless steel components.
Maintenance free PTFE liner.
